Guild Levels

A five-stage progression of observable mastery, Novice, Apprentice, Journeyman, Expert, and Master, adapted from Bloom's Levels of Learning. The levels apply across the four phases of the trading loop, Plan, Prepare, Execute, and Assess, to mark how deeply a trader has internalized each skill. Mastery is defined as skills that feel normal, natural, competent, and routine.
