PR-4 Stop

A trailing stop for volatile conditions that uses the Parabolic SAR value from four dots, or bars, back rather than the current dot. The added slack lets a trade breathe through normal noise while still cutting the position when momentum truly reverses. Dr. Long's PSAR is computed on the RL10.
