Range Stat

The Range Stat is the maximum reasonable intraday move for a symbol, expressed as a price box. One-tenth of the Range Stat is the R10, the standard minimum-manageable-risk box, so roughly ten R10 increments of travel are available in each direction. It serves as the volatility ruler for sizing positions and setting targets.
