River

The River is the Bollinger Bands set at +1 and -1 standard deviations over 30 periods, centered on the Mean (the 30-period SMA, Z0). The top of the River is Z1 and the bottom is Z-1. It is the primary stretch-and-reversion band in the RLCO framework.
